    For Immigration Evaluations

All immigration psychological evaluations must be referred directly by a licensed U.S. immigration attorney. Attorneys, please include:

    • Your name and firm
    • The client’s full name
    • Type of evaluation (Hardship, VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, Asylum)
    • Any relevant deadlines
    • Whether records will be provided

Clients should contact their attorney first before reaching out.

    Jurisdiction & Licensing

To comply with state licensing laws, PSYPACT regulations, and forensic practice standards, clients must be physically located in a state where I am authorized to practice at the time of the evaluation or therapy session, and represented by a licensed U.S. immigration attorney for all immigration evaluations. If you are unsure whether your state is eligible, I can confirm this during initial contact.

    Confidentiality

All communication is kept confidential and handled in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethics. Please do not send sensitive personal details through unsecured email; these can be discussed during your scheduled appointment.

“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
