Structured, trauma-informed, and legally precise. I provide detailed forensic evaluations for individuals navigating complex immigration cases, written with the evidentiary clarity attorneys rely on.

Types of Evaluations

Five evaluation types, one rigorous standard

Victims of Crime

U-Visa

Documents the psychological consequences of being the victim of a qualifying crime: trauma symptoms, functional impairment, emotional and behavioral impact, and recovery trajectory.

Trafficking

T-Visa

Focuses on the psychological effects of trafficking, including coercion, trauma, and long-term consequences: trauma history, psychological sequelae, and safety and recovery needs.

Persecution

Asylum

A detailed clinical narrative of persecution, trauma, and ongoing psychological impact: trauma history, PTSD and related symptoms, cultural and contextual factors, country-condition relevance, and diagnostic clarity.
