Individual Therapy is a powerful experience of introspection, transformation, and discovery. It can lead to many answers you have been searching for. The therapeutic relationship is unique and intimately personal. As you share innermost feelings and thoughts, safety and trust are critical to this process. Does Individual Therapy Work?
